Patrick Duffy – Sous-Chef
Originally from Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Patrick is a graduate of the New England Culinary Institute at Mountpelier, Vermont. Patrick has spent the last ten years as the Sous-Chef at The Inn at Weston, Vermont, Sun Valley ,Idaho, Nantucket Golf Club and also Executive Chef at Windham Mountain in New York. Patrick and Chef Steven are excited to be reconnected here at Table 26.
