Jo Polowy – Pastry Chef
Jo brings an encyclopedia of knowledge and experience to the Table 26 kitchen. Jo has held the position as the Pastry Chef and Baker at many fine restaurants such as Topper at the Wauwinet, The Galley Restaurant, 21 Federal, American Seasons, Bartlett Farms and the Nantucket Golf Club. She honed her skills traveling and working at such places as The Bostonian, Ritz- Carlton, Jockey Club D.C. and the Ritz Carlton Rancho Mirage,California. Jo grew up on Nantucket and graduated from the New England Culinary Institute where she met her husband Steve.
